Our mission is to remove all the hassle that comes along with large-scale projects. By offering creative concepts and practical execution plans, we aid our clients to reap top benefits from their vision with minimal fuss and aggravation.
Our vision is to be a leading turnkey contracting companies in Lebanon and the region. We want to expand into the turnkey service market after having excelled in regular contracting. This previous experience means we are able to supply the infrastructure delivery, as well as land parcellation.

The brains behind SOCHA are the same people who helped bring you the biggest and most complex architectural projects in the country. Not lacking in ambition, we then decided to take our expertise to the next level by starting our own endeavor. Our staff is highly trained and versed in all aspects of contacting.
